Are you familiar with those tubs of cookie dough they sell in the freezer section? Several years ago I made (and ate) an entire tub of Toll House cookies in an Ambien coma. Needless to say, that was my first and last dose of Ambien. This stuff happens. I understand why you might feel embarrassed and it's pretty awkward when you think about it, but I think you should tell him what really happened. I think he will understand why you feel the way you do and why you felt the need to clear things up.
