Poppy, I feel the same way too lately. Does it help at all to know you're not the only one experiencing this? It helps me feel like not such a freak, and if I can think of others in a situation like mine and tell myself, "That person should just hang in there; it will get better somehow, some way," then I try to apply that to myself too and it gives me a little hope.
Do you have people you can talk to about how you feel? I share my deepest thoughts and feelings with my husband, and it helps to feel heard. I, too, don't feel like therapy is helping at all but I go through with it anyway because I figure it can't hurt.
