I totally understand how you feel, but you can go back. Tell your T that you were on Ambien when you sent the email and it will make complete sense to him. While I was on Ambien I lost a set of car keys and my friend's cell phone in a span of two days. Had no recollection where I was when I had either of them. I also have a friend who took ambien and she often didn't remember driving to work. Very scary! I take trazedone now if I need it.
