Almost 2 yrs ago I met t1 we got along great, 3 months before she suddenly told me she accepted a job somwhere else, with only two weeks notice, while working on csa. She left. That was my first t ever, I was devastated. She reffered me to t2 which I started seeing 3 weeks later.

its been 1 year and 4 months and she is much better than t1 a trauma specilist. I trust her opened up, getting into the trauma work.

with much sadness and watery eyes, she told me she accepted a job elsewhere and is leaving in 5 weeks, but that she already has someone for me and her and I and the new t will have 2 sessions together.

I completly shut down, tears came down, first time ever in therapy, I felt all emotions. She wants to process my feelings of whats left of our time together, im heartbroken, I dont think I can hold back tears now in front of her.

she also wanted to set up a safety plan which I turned down.
I feel horrible this is the second time.
