hmmm, I've sent vulnerable and needy texts and left similar voicemails with my T with no drug to 'blame'. Maybe this is an opportunity for you to relax into the vulnerability and seek the courage to accept yourself as you are which includes any mistakes you think you make along the way. I mean, nobody's perfect, right?
About insomnia, I've had a terrible time with it. When I requested sleep aid from my doctor, she recommended I try Benadryl first. It works but I wake up a bit groggy and that doesn't feel good.
What HAS worked really really well the past month or so are some herbal teas. I cannot believe how my sleep has improved. The best is 'Bedtime' from Yogi Tea. I also like 'Nighty Night' from Traditional Medicinals.
