Sounds like anxiety. Anxiety can present itself in many ways. Try some CBT, jounalling or calming teas to see if that helps you. Sometimes the anxiety does come from no where but some of the time there is a trigger. If you can sit down and figure out what triggered it, it can become easier to deal with.
