As far as the hose go....get a pair of household rubber gloves, you know the kind...yellowish/orange, and put them on while pulling up the hose, they help you to grip them and make it much easier to pull them on and off. If you don't have any, how about using a couple of those "rubber grippy jar openers"?? They would do the same as the gloves

I used to be on neurontin for MS like symptoms. I had terrible tingling and pain in my legs along with very tight muscles that would send me into outerspace. The neurontin was a lifesaver for me. There are different doses you can take and the docs usually start you on a low dose and work the dose up to what works for you. I started at 300mg and ended up on 1200mg a day.
