Remember to breathe hon.....slowly in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth.....try concentrating on the breathing...that may help you to cleanse your body and your mind a bit. Make sure the breathing is from your diaphram, not your lungs....feel your tummy rise and fall then you know it's right
