Perhaps this would be better in the schizoaffective forum, lately I'm not sure if I'm bipolar or schizoaffective.

Yes I hear voices some times, inside my head and outside my head, low pitched and loud some times. Nothing bad. Lately I started hearing short melodies and it feels like it's coming out of my ears, it definitely is not like hearing music and melodies inside your head, like when you can't get a song out of your mind. This is different! It doesn't sound or feel like that at all. It sounds like it's outside of my head. It's not very loud, but loud enough to get my attention and distinguish it's a melody. I do find this very soothing calming. Does anyone else get any thing like this?
