It happened to me three times, last time in December. Weird electronic short-lasting music. Sometimes I hear other sounds, like someone screaming outside, noise of objects being moved/touched and, if I'm angry enough, voices, but they sound like they're coming from a box far from my room, like the voices of your neighbours arguing.
