I have binged/purged continuously over the past 2 months, and on-off over the past 15 years whenever I get depressed (which is a lot), so I hear you. I know it's tough to get the thoughts out of your mind; these days when I get the thought of b/p, I try to mentally create a pros & cons list - and just focus on the harm that it is doing to the body, and how the instant gratification only leads to more guilt and shame later.
