Excusing yourself from trying by blaming symptoms will get you no where fast. Everyone has struggles, its how you deal with these struggles that will help you live your life. The only person you are hurting by not being proactive is yourself. It is brilliant you gave it a go, but try and try again until you get it. I didn't realize I was blaming my symptoms for reasons for me not to try. I have been trying. I just got so frustrated with it that I needed to get it out. I am still unable to get to 5 mins. But what can I do....
