I totally get you! Any repetitive noise drives me crazy, I even crashed a car at work because I had metallic poles in the trunk and the noise got too much for me. I didn't see the red light as all I wanted was escape from the noise. Luckily no one got hurt, but I haven't told anyone the reason for the crash.
