Yes, I do. Honestly, I don't know whether to attribute mine to bipolar disorder or not. Because I also heard voices when manic, a former pdoc just lumped those together. But I hear music daily since I was a kid.
Recently, I had to see another doc for mild hearing loss issues & was told the music "hallucination," some of the tinnitus, my migraines, and the extra-acute sense of hearing I had in childhood that made me sensitive to some sounds others didn't hear (like tv monitors, and electric humming), & now even ear pain & hearing loss could all be from TMJ.
Don't know if you have any jaw issues or grind/clench your teeth. Maybe this sounds weird, but do you notice it more when you are stressed, clenching your teeth, lying down?
