I might have accidentally swallowed human waste today. I have pretty bad IBS so I took a shower to clean up and one thing led to another and I'm worried that some fecal residue might have gotten in my mouth...

I washed my hands and everything afterwards....but I didn't get too obsessive about it.

Is that a relapse? Will that get me high? I wasn't trying to get high.
