Try to remember that feelings are not facts. Therapy and meds take time to work; take heart in that you are seeking help. In times like this it is important that u stay positive, no matter what your feelings tell you. Give yourself a break, and allow yourself more time to heal.
I know it's hard; everyday is kind of a struggle for me too, but I try to tell myself that the least I can do is just try a little more everyday; on the days I fail (which are most days to be honest), I tell myself its not the end, I'll continue trying tomorrow. Take care
