There is a case for having a version that is less potent. The thing with side effects is two people might have the same effect but it doesn't bother one as much as the other. I am incredibly sensitive when it comes to dosage but tend to put up with some discomfort more than most especially if a. it costs significantly more and b. which drug works is nearly a crapshoot. The biggest deal breaker is going to be the potency however.
