I don't remember the exact term my T used, but it was about me being a victim/acting like one or whatever. I have a problem of losing the time we spend and not remembering a lot of the sessions. Almost like they are jumbled up in my mind and I can't make sense of what just happened. So I can't remember exactly what was said.....

I liked your example about the guy from group. I can see that as being an example and it makes sense. I don't think I do that kind of thing. Perhaps I should ask my T for clarification
