I completely agree with you. I wonder everyday why life has to be so complicated. Wouldn't things in the world be so much easier if people could just get jobs, work five days a week for 50 something years, then retire and have fun with the ones we love.
My town has a lot of old factories in it that were booming in the 50's and 60's. My town was prospering and almost everyone had a job because of them or on the railroad that picked up from the factories. Today not one of them is around anymore and all that remains is a shell of a building. That makes me sad. I never realized why that had to happen.
