It sounds like a blood pressure issue to me. I'm pretty sure most SSRIs and antianxiety meds lower your blood pressure. When you get mad, your blood pressure is supposed to rise. The meds sort of prohibit your body from doing that and your body has to work extra hard to raise that blood pressure (Your heart has to pump harder) which might be the reason it feels like your pulse is in your forehead. just a thought. The only reason i say this is because i had this problem when I exercised. It's your heart trying to pump enough blood through your body.
