I get you. My mom is that way too.. she spends more time harping about the side effects of my medication than actually trying to understand my condition. Sure, they foot the bills.. but they don't really support it. Mom has even went "You don't want me as a mother right?" which is not true at all and I broke down so bad.

I don't have an answer either. For me, I'll just totally tune out or listen to music. Which I know is rude.. but so long as it saves me from going back into a crisis. Hoping you'll be able to get through this
