I don't know how long I've had this but it can be nothing or a Migraine headache (most likely) or it can be life threatening. Read mind. Sorry its been so long. I have such an intense headache and nausea in the world. Other things too, like a stiff neck. It gets worse and worse as the day goes on. The doc ordered an MRI to rule out more dangerous conditions.
