Like pat said. One minute at a time. Try and not look ahead at the "I can't stop from eventully breaking under the pressure". Try to focus on right now. Right this minute. At the moment you don't have much control of the future, but you have some control over this minute. You're okay right now. You arn't crumbling under the pressure at this moment. If you know you are going to be okay for the next 5 or 15 minutes, tell yourself that. "I know I am okay right now, I know I am going to be okay for the next 5 minutes." If you can, you can also tell yourself that "it's okay that I don't know how I'll feel in the future. But for right now I am ok."
