I hope this doesn't come back to bite you in the butt. I learned the hard way that disclosure made people scrutinize everything I did, both good and bad. If I was in a happy mood, they'd look at me like they suspected I was getting manic again, and if I stayed in my office most of the time, I was depressed. My decisions were questioned and my actions second-guessed.

I lost that job when I had a meltdown and they decided they couldn't make the accommodations that my psychiatrist recommended. I'm starting a new one tomorrow, and I'm going to do everything I can to avoid having to disclose my illness. I hope your employer treats you with more understanding than my last one did with me.
