Ok so something I've been thinking about doing since I've been diagnosed, was coming up with a short report, or ebook, that's basically going to be an accumulation of "interview" type questions and answers of people who have been diagnosed with BPD. I need your help coming up with questions I'm going to ask my volunteers!

So some of the questions are going to be basic like “What’s your name, age, where you from?” and then I’m going to ask questions like:
1. Do you take any medication? If so what kind? Have they seemed to improve your symptoms? Do you have any side effects?
2. Do you see a therapist? How has it helped?
3. What was your childhood like?
4. What BPD symptom do you think affects you the most?

Etc.

Anyway, what I’m wondering is, what are some more questions I can ask that relate to Borderline Personality Disorder? The report is going to be targeted towards people who already have (or think they have) the diagnosis. So questions that those types of people would be curious to know about other people who have the diagnosis. If you could give me like 5-10 (or more!) solid questions that would be great! There is no right or wrong answers, just anything you can think of regarding the illness... anything you think people would want to know about from other people who have it. Thanks!!
