I am so tired. I am taking my meds again but geesh. I don't feel sad really I just wanna sleep. I went to bed early and I have been fighting to wake up all day. Its 3pm now and I could go back to sleep. I can barely even make myself eat really.

I feel numb. and tired. and unmotivated.
