I've been diagnosed with it all! I spent 18 years accepting it. I now am medication and other drug free, I finally have my respect and peace of mind back. My self treatment was multi faceted. It includes to this day:

No meds
Daily exercise
No drugs
Eating properly/mainly forgoing pork, shellfish, anything processed (I can provide the science behind why this is all detrimental).
Learning what I can do to remain occupied in mind, body and spirit (no church BUT I've gained profound understanding of what it all means to me)
Recognize life as a gift and a lesson
Daily meditation
Monitor and keep sugar and caffeine intake in check (yes, really).
Self respect
Love of life and love of self
Rejecting anyone who tries to convince me that my mind is a problem.

Simple as this, for me. I wish anyone suffering the best of luck and, talk to your doctor always. This works great for me but many people actually need their help, I can never again trust them.
