I am so sorry you are so lonely still. Are there other students from your country or other foreign students who might be having a similar problem? I would go alone a couple times, just look around and see who is with whom and if I might be able to join (rather than necessarily "go with" others. How about in classes, do you talk to anyone in any classes, can you make a friend or two there with talking about a subject? You may have to let people know you are lonely, it could be no one has noticed since they don't have that problem themselves at the moment and you seem to find people to eat with, etc.? Can you go a little early and see if anyone joins you at the table you are at, etc.?
