Yo! I would get those heart rates checked out. I think i went to 120 once and it was very unpleasant. They can do two tests at the drs office - go in fasting (no food or drink except water for 12 hours) and they can check your blood sugar immediately, and they can also draw blood to get an average for the past 3 months. Sleepy could mean low or high, i would think. I remember feeling shaky like that. I think prozac masks those feelings now for me, or something else im taking.
