Pick things to worry about and then make a list of things you can do to make the negatives less likely to happen or impact you as badly? Worry is about the future and thus in our imagination and we might as well decide what to imagine and how? So, if you have money worries or health, etc. start your day with a journal entry about all you are worried about (get it out of your head/heart) and then make a list and whittle it down to 3 things to do that particular day to help. When a worry arises during the day, be "polite" to it

and tell it you are sorry but it's not on your list, maybe it will make it tomorrow? LOL Talking back to worries and treating them like they are not important and can be made fun of helps me with them.
