- I get in bed, toss and turn for about 30 minutes and finally drift to sleep.
- I wake up what seems like an hour later, and it's only been 10 minutes.

My body is trembling inside and my heartbeat feels like its going insane. I'm wide awake; my teeth hurt from grinding them. My head hurts. It's just intense and horrible.

I've tested my blood pressure; normal (117/76). My pulse is only at 76 though it feels like a hundred.

I don't get this all the time, only when i'm extremely tired - but thats why i've been going to bed. Except, it takes forever to go to sleep which cuts out resting time.

I could be hypomanic right now, though i'm not sure if that has something to do with it or not but i've made sure to stick to a strict sleep schedule the best I can just in case. I just need some peace and some rest. I would have done tea before bed had I know it would happen, but now i'm in bed and trying not to wake my body up too much in addition to trying to cope with the shaking.

Does anyone else have this?
Sorry to hear bumblebee! I'm no expert, but it sounds to me like it could be anxiety or RLS...I'm sure you have got it checked but it is also possible you might have iron deficiency. Treatment- Neurontin- it helps with insomnia, RLS, and anxiety. Best of luck and hope that helps a bit.
