Yup, see I refuse to really go on medications like that ... a bit stubborn in that field due to a sui attempt long long ago. I actually just had a doctors appt. today (actually a follow up to go over labs) and they'd checked for diabetes, prediabetes, etc. and i'm clear for all of those. So in that regard i'm clear which makes me think I am probably leaning more towards anxiety.

Also, my pulse was like 80 something today and they didn't say anything about it being abnormal or anything lol.

I bought this sleep body wash stuff today and will add that to my sleepytime tea and strict schedule regiment and see if that helps I guess. I'm glad you can relate though i'm sorry you had to, because that feeling is horrible.

Thanks Vans, I do have anxiety but its linked to depression, of which I have not been lately. Why must my body be so confusing lol. I do have a low iron, but its nothing that my doctor was concerned about. I've been on iron pills two or three times (I only take them until I feel better ) and i've found that I tolerate organic beet root pills well when it comes to that. I didn't realize that iron could impact your sleep in that way, so I may actually go get that checked out if it progresses!
