</div></font></blockquote><font class="post"> been a long time since revisiting this thread but it is most helpful to return to it as PTSD isn't cured but rather dealt with and triggers learned and coping skills honed and refined to manage as best one can.
apologies are often something discussed in therapy. your above criteria for an apology fits in with what we think on the matter.
can barely string together two thoughts so this is all to add at this time but hope to revisit again soon....hope meds readjust soon............just plain ol' hope....
