Omg! I have the same exact problem! I am a natural night owl and I do the same exact thing. The only thing that ever helped me was waking up a little bit earlier and going to bed a little bit earlier a little at a time. Once I just stayed up the whole day and night and forced myself awake so I konked out at around 8pm and had a good night's sleep.
But I know it sucks, I am stuck on pretty much the same exact schedule. I haven't been able to break it yet.
