anyway, I was wondering what tips you guys might have, not for the content (?) of the session but, preparing to meet the doctor?

Hello,
I'm happy that you found your own T

My best advice is to be honest... You don't want to say/do something, then just say that you don't want to say/do something because... This is my rule with which I really try to stick... If I lied my T (and it applies also to doctors) would never be able to help me or even worse - they would give me the wrong "medicament", so I always try to be very honest (which of course doesn't equal talking about everything)... Good luck
