I haven't dated for 2 years now and I've just met someone who has shown interest in wanting to get to know me. We've run into some differences and we've worked it out and still wanting to get to know one another. We both said that we'll let the future take it where ever it’s best and start to date causally so that we could get to know one another.

Because I haven't dated in such a long time and the last relationship I had lasted for 4 years that I don’t know what does it mean to causally date someone.

I told the person I met that all I ask from him is to be honest with me. We both said that we’re both not stopping each other from getting to know other people. I don’t know if I'm just making dating harder then it really is, I just don’t know what to prepare myself for anymore.

So what does causally dating mean?
