Puberty can do a lot to your emotions! The key is how long - sure, depression, anxiety and the like can be "side-effects" of your brain developing and growing up. But if this has been going on for long months or even years, it would definitely be something you'd want to look for support for.

Yes, because you're a teenager a lot of people will write it off as hormones - it doesn't mean you're not depressed, but it doesn't mean you necessarily are, either. It also doesn't mean these feelings aren't important. They COULD be temporary. But is it affecting your life in a negative way? Yes, it is important, and yes, there is help.
