It's forecast to be 42C (107.6F) here on the day I see my Pdoc. I really don't want to cancel, but I don't cope with heat too well. I'm planning to take extra cold drinks with me to stay hydrated. Thankfully it's only a short trip to Pdoc's office and our buses should be airconditioned (plus his rooms are as well).

Complex-PTSD, MDD with Psychotic Fx, Residual (Borderline) PD Aspects, ADD, GAD with Panic Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa currently in partial remission.
