I would tell your psychiatrist that you don't feel like you're getting anything from therapy with your current T. Also write notes as Ragingquiet suggested and bring them with you. I also found it to articulate how I felt when i first started seeing my psychiatrist. He has a direct nature so he's not one to try to draw things out of you. That can make it tough, so being prepared with notes is a good place to start.
