LAst night I was sooooo wired, I felt like pacing around the room and even started rocking to calm myself.

At one point I was lying down 'attempting' sleep, when I thought I heard a voice - I don't remember the word uttered - it felt like it was coming from outside yet inside my head - was freaky!!!
is this psychosis?

it scared me sooo much that I was tempted to wake up my husband, but didn't want to tell him. Has anyone had this happen?
feel like i am losing my mind!!! just started meds 2 d ago (lamictal) - could it be meds?
