Its just another form of dependency In this globalisation dictated arms race

In Africa dictators there are plenty, leaders there are non
How many years now has this been going on?
The reasons we don’t help them is quite simple you see
Its profitable for us superpowers to just let them be
Instead of sending food and supplies we send bullets and grenades
All costs incurred are covered by us, via the disguise of financial aid

The answers lye in history to the problems that they face
The CIA aren’t helping with there private arms race
