I bought several new vitamins/supplements to see if it helps. So far, nothing has helped.
My concentration, attention span, ability to focus, perform complex calculations, read, follow conversations, etc has slowly declined over the last 3 years. I make mistakes all the time. I am very forgetful, in terms of both short-term and long-term memory, and I can't remember important life events.
My T thinks it's anxiety. My internist thinks it's depression. I feel that depression is a result of trying to live with these cognitive problems, not the other way around. I am getting extremely worried that it will just keep getting worse.
I've heard that many have this problem, so i'm posting it here hoping someone got better after experiencing chronic brain fog. Could you share what worked for you?
It's starting to really scare me.
