My faith is similar to Wiccan and I have been studying it for 40 yrs. there is still so much for me to learn but I can say without any doubt that you use what is real, never try substitutes. I am and I practice what is called a "Green Witch"
I try to live in balance with nature and plant my veg. & herbs by the sign of the moons just like the Celts use to do. Just remember "harm none" and whatever you do returns to you threefold. ( Nowadays known as Karma!)
