I thought they did mention at least mention PTSD Bpnurse(?) Yea Bp would be good to mention, a lot of us have intrusive thoughts.

I know I have some "out there" thoughts sometimes, but maybe this will help someone:
The worst intrusive thought I've had was PTSD related. My son trying to hurt me & himself & being hospitalized. When visiting him, he told me that he couldn't talk to me, that seeing me made him want to... he gestured with wanting to stab himself in forearm. he did hug & cry with me.

But when I got home I started having intrusive thought of stabbing myself in my arm like he'd gestured. I was really freaked out by it, threw away every knife in the house. It was invading my focus when trying to work, I couldn't sleep.

the solution I found, I came to with help of a guy here in chat room. I somehow was able to "reframe" the image. And it saved me. We "reframed" the image into a dagger made of purple light (high frequency healing color). And stabbing myself with that. The healing color spread through my arm, healing the trauma. Somehow this worked, every time the thought intruded, I used the purple dagger image. And it finally faded.

I'm grateful to that guy & the technique I learned. just food for thought guys.
Thanks for this!
