Hello, Couch! Reading today cheered me up and I couldn't resist joining in the fun (and support). I must say, it's a good thing I don't mind that I'm getting old(er), because I'm one of the fossils here. I was born in 1961, graduated high school in 1979. Original SNL was brilliant! Cheech and Chong (Sister Mary Elephant), Mel Brooks movies, an outside area at high school where we could go smoke cigarettes legally at age 16, "feathered" hair, maxi skirts, peasant blouses, denim overalls made just for girls (which we called bib overalls, or just plain "bibs"), hip-huggers on one extreme and high-waisted jeans on the other, short shorts, halter tops, "The Brady Bunch", David Cassidy, The Monkees...

Hope to get to know each of you better. In the meantime, thanks for making me feel better while I'm down with the flu.
