If they kick you out for that then you won't have to worry about college, you'll have a big fat settlement check in your hand. The college has no business knowing your health status, or discriminating against you, as you have an illness that is protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Unless you've accepted some kind of athletic scholarship, they can't even legally ask you about your health status.
Don't worry about this, focus on the grades. One thing that might be prudent for you to do is complete an Associates of Education at a community college and then transfer to the four year school you want. Not only will this be vastly cheaper, it will also be less stressful. Frankly, with your diagnosis, the last place you should be is in a dorm room or frat house full of kids getting wasted and hooking up. Boring I know, but this little departure will signifigantly help you down the road.
Some scholarships are available for persons with mental illness, but in no uncertain terms should you disclose your illness on a loan application. They will hold this against you as a preexisting condition if you ever become totally disabled and can't work.
