Just an update for anyone whose wondering. I asked the school counselor who he'd recommend for real counseling. I made myself go to this place even though I've called before and got scared and hung up. I was completely nervous and flustered but they got me set up with a counselor that I even got to meet. My first appointment is Wednesday and they are helping me figure out what my insurance will cover.
