Recognising that you may be going up is fantastic. Many dont realise until its too late. You can fight this off, nip it in the bud before it gets out of control.

Do you meditate? Exercise? Are you eating well? These are basic things that can help keep you stable. What has helped keep you level in the past? Can you use some of those coping strategies again?
