Sometimes I walk and walk and walk until I can get the adrenaline level down; I walk inside my apartment and it is only 20 paces from front to back! I have walked an hour or more at a time. Sometimes I do the relaxation. Sometimes I think hard and directly about what it is I'm worried about and try to look at all parts of it. Sometimes I start writing down my thoughts and don't stop until I'm tired, even if the writing is boring everyday stuff.
