Thank you all. Yes, the frenzied way...well after a month you've lost nothing but self esteem at the end of it, where if you stick with the pace, one foot after another..or rather one meal after another... then at the end of the week.. a lb or 2,, and at the end of the month 8-10 lbs!
I have eaten well this week...though I did splurge on a milk shake when I became lost in Medley Tuesday.

But otherwise, very little bread, lots of salads with olive oil and some good meat... I expect to have lost at least another lb by Monday when I will weigh at the physical therapist's... but if not, it's ok I'm feeling better for the good food.
(It's a matter of saying NO first, and then allowing yourself time to be ok with that.. .like when I eat out and the meal comes with fries or chips... or they ask if I want garlic rolls... I always say NO first. I know if I really do want them later, I can ask for them,but it's rare that I do.)
